Great unit that’s easy to install

I replaced our 12 year old insinkerator disposal unit with this one. I wasn’t expecting the install to go as seamlessly as it did, but I was pleasantly surprised when the new disposal used the same mounting hardware already installed from the previous unit. I had to trim the PVC but that was about it. The unit is so much quieter than our old unit, and it works great! I’m very pleased with my purchase!

Simple Change Over

 Would Recommend

So far so good. Simple install. Quiet. Those that do not love the rubber splash gaurd I use a handy tool that stays in the sink and is used to scrape food off items and down the drain. Danco Disposal Genie 3.125-in Black Plastic Strainer

Quiet

 Would Recommend

I would have normally purchased a less expensive disposal but decided to bite the bullet and pay a little more for a better quality. After installing, I was amazed just how quiet the SpaceSaver XP runs. I hardly hear it and that’s a plus. As far as the quality, well we’ll just have to wait and see but I’m confident it will last longer than a less expensive disposal.

Good Quality.

Excellent disposal. Very quiet. Easy to install. Replacement for a disposal of the same brand which lasted about 15 years. I highly recommend the Insinkerator brand.
