Disappointing product

Bought these for Father's Day gift, for husband to mow yet still be able to listen to music and be interrupted by kids without having to take out the earbuds. How disappointing as the Aware technology makes an annoying sound when activated, which it did with minor bumps in the lawn. This just didn't work for us, and for this price point that's really not worth the trouble. We like the more basic earbuds better.

Good hearing protection

Once I changed the foam plugs for ones that fit in my ear correctly they were comfortable and worked well in suppressing noise from my Shop Vac, my lawnmower, and when firing my pistol. Like any unshielded microphone they are affected by high speed winds creating noise. Quality appears good for the cost.

Cool concept but just not there yet

I thought they were really neat at first. However they leave a lot to be desired. The foam ear buds degrade quickly and regardless of size seem to continuously slip out of my ear. About as soon as I would get them comfortable, they’d be degraded to the point I needed a new set. The headphones themselves are only effective for short impact noises. Using them on a saw/continuous noise creates a worse noise than just not wearing ear protection, so you have to turn the aware feature down to 0 every ...

Very comfortable and convenient

Bought these specially so I can wear my wide brim hat while mowing and weed eating. Over the head style is uncomfortable with a wide brim sun hat on. These fit the bill perfectly.

These are really great and my husband is able to hear everything at work while keeping these in!

They are okay

They work fine. Volume is a bit lower than I would prefer compared to other hearing/safety headsets. They are a bit cumbersome to put on and so many buttons I have to take them off everytime I adjust something

Works great easy to use.

These earbuds are great! I use them at work around very loud servers, Over 100db. They do a great job blocking the sound. The quality of sound is better than my other cheap skull candy earbuds. Being able to adjust how much of the surrounding sound I hear and co-workers can still talk to be out get my attention with ease. Wearing them for 6+ good the fit is great and comfortable the entire time. The controls are also intuitive and easy to use.

Easy to use however the volume level is less than impressive.

Many Plusses

So even though this is a new product line, you could definitely tell it's related to the Pro 2 line, which by the way, I'm on my third set. The sound quality is better and the ability to pick up important external sounds, such as people trying to talk to you is better. I also like the magnetic buds. On a side note. Customer service really stepped up on replacing my Pro 2's which I was having an issue with. Give those a high rating too!

ISO Pro Aware

These headphones are awesome. They allow me to listen to music and be aware of my surroundings. They give me the added protection when I turn on my table saw or other woodworking machines.

Hands down best Bluetooth headphones purchase I've ever made!!

They are everything that's promised and more. I use them 8 hours a day, five days a week. Even if I'm not using the Bluetooth function, the hearing protection with environment awareness is awesome! I can hear my co-workers speak without taking out the ear buds and exposing my ears to damaging noise! Ill definitely always refer to this product for future hearing protection!

ISOtunes PRO Aware

I work in a loud bodyshop and they offer excellent hearing protection. They fit very well and are also very comfortable to wear all day 10hrs. They also are a quality product, the Aware technology is great. Would highly recommend!!

Not worth the money?

Initially the headphones were ok. The battery life worked as advertised. The aware feature worked for conversation but very glitchy when it came to using power tools and magnified wind sounds when out on sight. I found myself not using that feature at all. Using these for phone conversations was also not good. Picked up too many background sounds and ended up having to switch to using my phone to talk to subs. Great pair of safety ear buds, lots of improvements since the originals. The Awareness feature is a huge plus!

Very good product overall, would recommend to anyone who needs hearing protection.

Aware

I like that I can hear people around me. I wish I couldn’t hear my tools that don’t get canceled out by the aware technology as much as I do. It’s nice to be able to turn the “aware” up and down.
