The Aware feature is very nice, I generally keep it off to get maximum noise cancelling, but when I need to talk to somebody I can just push a button and hear them perfectly without pulling out the earplugs. I have small ears, so getting them in is a bit tricky, but that's for all earplugs. These ones I only have to take out at the end of the day.

Displeased
It amplifies the noise of machines around me but so that I can barely here what I'm listening to. I can't here when someone speaks to me. I absolutely hate these headphones. The don't do what they are supposed to.

How have I lived without these?
As soon as I put on the Pro Aware I noticed how comfortable they are. I turned them on and was amazed at how I could hear ambient noises and people speaking but as soon as I turned on my equipment they shut down the noise. I am even able to listen to music while working without risk to my hearing. Nice product I wish I had years ago.

Great Product
I use these for woodworking. The fit is excellent, the pre-formed wires really help the buds to stay put. The foam tips are comfortable in my ears. The aware feature is nice for conversations and when turned off, the noise reduction is great. The Bluetooth connection is great for listening to music while working. I may have to buy another pair for my wife.

Green Iso vs orange Iso
I can’t decide if I like them or not. The orange ones had a led that was flashing blue when on, the green one doesn’t have any indicator. Plus the orange headphones would turn off when I hung up the phone, the green one sounds like it’s on all the time even when I hang up the phone, so when I’m driving my work truck I get lots of snaps and pops in my ear. It’s not as bad when I’m in the office but it sounds weird when I’m wearing it. Is it supposed to be on all the time? The sound quality seems ...

OK but not great
I like the aware technology alot, and it works quite well. Overall, I just thought that the noise isolation wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. But if you are set on having earbuds rather than over ear hearing protection, then they are worth a shot for you.

Firs experience with ISOtunes PRO Aware
I think my first experience, on a scale from 1 to 10 was about a 7. And here is why... When they arrive you are pleasantly surprised by the packaging which is very well designed and the printed material included inside is very helpfull. Pro Aware
I just received my Pro Aware unit. The sound is good and they do help reduce noise in my shop. I find the control is too close to the ear/face and I cannot see the controls when I want to make an adjustment. Maybe over time I will learn where each button is, but at least in the beginning it is a little awkward to use the control buttons.

Comfortable and protective
The pro aware are lasting all day without having to charge. The fit is nice and they are very light so you don’t really feel them hanging on your ears. It’s nice you can turn the aware part off. The “aware” does seem to amplify smaller noise that can be annoying but it does stop all the loud noise while still being able to hear people talking. Love these things!!
These are my third different set of IsoTunes. I love all three, but I think these are my new favorite! I love the aware technology. It allows me to have hearing protection but still be able to different l communicate with the students in my Construction Technology program without having to remove my hearing protection. The audio is clear, music sounds great, phone calls work well, and battery life is great. They last more than all day for me.

Great - A little learning curve
It took a little getting used to wearing ear buds versus the earmuffs I’ve been wearing for years. The pro aware feature is odd at first use, but I quickly grew to like it. It’s odd knowing what tools are quieter than 85 decibels. Also, at what level the shop sound system is at 85 db. Seriously though, they work. Functional but mediocre
These technically accomplish the intended purpose. They function as sufficient ear protection and are in fact Bluetooth headphones but that's about all of the notable features. Bluetooth is sporadic and unreliable in its connectivity. The aware technology is plagued by audio artifacts such as clicking and heavy static. They will often just start beeping every 15 seconds for an unknown reason (not battery or connectivity related). Battery life is about 5-6 hours at best and can be frustrating...

They work
Feels expensive when you pull the trigger, but if you have ever bought reactive ear plugsfor shooting you will understand the price. They are not as fast to react as some I have had but they do the job and my ears do not ring after using.

Great hearing protection
