Heavy duty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super heavy duty tape measure, Excellent standout - I used it out to 14 feet and held great. The locking mechanism is rock solid. The belt clip attaches firmly to tool belt or regular belt or pocket of jeans. The end latch is nice and wide and deep so it does not slip off. Used the tape measure over the last week to help build a pole barn buiding without any issues. Highly recommend.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The body of this 35-foot tape measurer is large. It is not a lightweight measuring device. I was able to extend the tape a little more than 12 feet horizontally prior to it collapsing under its own weight. I found through use when measuring wood to be cut that the tape “body” did not slide away if I didn’t set the clamp device. Stayed in place whether it was positioned at 2 feet or 15 feet. Irwin straight line 35’ tape measure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this at work last week. I do metal stud framing and really like this for laying out the studs. The tape is a little heavy but is very rigid and is easy to read. The locking mechanism works great and is easy to use.

Straight line 35’

The reach is very helpful when working alone. The tape is easy to read and very accurate. Having the markings on both sides is very helpful as well

Great Tape Measure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, like scale on both sides, also very Ridgid blade which makes it easy to use. Numbers on blade are large making it easy to read. I liked the feel of the tape measure feeling like a quality product and very durable.

Beefy anf great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome features. Measurements on BOTH sides of the tape is great. Extended it to over 14 feet and has hooks on the top and bottom of the tape at the end which is reinforced on the first few inches for durability.

Workhorse Irwin Straight-Line 35’ tape measure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 35 foot tape is a super heavy duty workhorse and performed well. This is my first tape measure over 20 foot so I had some concerns due to its weight. However, after using it for several hours it performed well and the weight was not an issue.

Easy to read large numbers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to read large numbers that are convenient to read on both sides of tape. Wide tape is sturdy and I was able to extend it to 11 feet horizontal with no bend and vertical to 10 feet. Dual sided hook makes it easy to hook under and over projects. It is a little heavy but has a belt clip.

Baller tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had larger deck project to estimate and have found my new favorite tape measure. Solid but not overly heavy and holds well on long reaches. Great on grabbing and holding and releases and returns smoothly. Easily readable numbers and compact design for such a size

Great measuring tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the tape to be very easy to read. The tape held it stiffness when extended. I liked the way the tape felt in the hand when measuring. The tape was easy to retract and did not snap when it did retract.

Easy to make exact measurements everytime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Building from scratch means making rough measurements but the right tool for the job makes the difference. Recently had some major damage to a long stretch of fencing and needed to rebuild most of it and the 35 ft striaght-line made it a snap. Pun intended. The tape measure's capable to hold straight 17 ft without a helper to mind the tape, and working the larger work pieces of pressure treated wood requires alot of paitence and definately meas...

Not the best, but not the worst either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a drywall and remodeling contractor I am using a tape measurer all the time. This tap seems rugged and durable, but after a short time using it, the end is bent up on it already. About the only things I would change would be the clip, a loop is better than a blade and put 1/8 in markings on the tape. I really like the finger brake.

GREAT TAPE MEASURE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice tape measure! Love the feel, love the heft of it. I don't think that I will ever try to test the 80' drop rating for it. Maybe up to 10 feet or so. Works very well with the large numbers on it for me because my eyes aren't what they used to be. It will be well used in my shop!

Solid construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacing the old fat mac which broke after 15 years of use, i have to say This thing is solid. The rubbarized exterior sets this thing up to survive most any drop. The fact that irwin hot 35 feet of tape into this small a package is impressive. Good standout on the tape too.

Good tape, great if you get the 25’.

Heavy duty, and weighs it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received a 25' instead of a 35'. The product action was smooth making measuring an easy task. The hook adjusted to measure properly whether hooking or pushing. The large letters really helps, especially for those that are nearsighted. The tape measure was a bit on the heavy side, but felt durable. The belt hook could be a tad larger, but it was workable.

Tape measure with great features
