Only used two days already have issues with it. tried to take back to Lowes they said it has to be returned within 48 hours. Will not ever by another Husqvarna and will never buy power equipment from Lowes or Hone Depit. Buy somewhere that will service the equipment also.

only had it a hour

I only had it for a hour to cut some broken branches from last week snow storm I turned off the chainsaw picked it back up pulled to start and the string broke off from it I think they need to take a good look at them a customer was they and said he got one the day before did the same thing so somethings not right met went take a look into it

Lighter than my old 18" Craftsman

I liked the weight. Pretty light for a 20" chainsaw.

Chainsaw won't start

I bought this chainsaw and extended service guarantee online during an ice storm, and it arrived on a Wednesday. The storm cleared enough to begin cleanup on Saturday. I unboxed it and tried to start the chainsaw according to the manufacturer's instructions. it would only start for a few seconds then won't run. I changed the fuel to fresh fuel just in case. Husqvarna customer service is awful you can not reach anyone not even corporate have a warranty if u try to order a part takes 10days to review and 5 days to ship nowhere local to take it for repairs be careful the clutch plate cracked on ours after only 5 uses cannot return to lowes cause its part there 48 hour return policy which I didn't know plus after r r only 2 times cutting a small tree the chain broke just been one problem after anoter

So Disappointed

We purchased some adjoining land, to our home, this year. The average is all wooded and was overgrown and needed some serious care for dead tree remains Val etc… so we go purchase my husband the Ranger. Decent Saw

Bought at a great price last year. Used it to buck two large downed White Oaks and it ran great except for bar freezing up, which happened to me again later on. Could be user error on not running full throttle after cuts to clear sawdust. Is it a Stihl? No. But $200 to $300 cheaper so...... I'm a homeowner and would not buy this saw for commercial use or for repeated large tree felling.

Husqvarna 450 Rancher chainsaw

Excellent chainsaw! I bought one in 2015 and just bought a new one, same make and model. Hope it lasts 10 years like the last one. It cost about 100 bucks more than it did in 2015, so I guess that isn't too bad. Glad Lowes gives veterans a 10% discount, that really helps!
