Once one was up, it was so adorable, I had to put one in the guest room too. Puts out a lot of light for a room with no ceiling lights. I used the natural daylight energy saving bulbs.

Hunter Are The Best Fans

Bought this with a remote. Quite easy to assemble, but was longer that 5 mins they advertise! What I like about the Hunter fans especially is that the ceiling cowling is large enough to enclose a remote controller easily. I bought a Harbor Bay fan of the same size at the same time and it's cowling was too small to even hold a remote controller. Do yourself a favor and if you want a remote, get a Hunter.

easy to install usually blades are kind of a pain to install with screws, these just kind of snap on and are a breeze to install, pun intended. lol

The first one was defective so I exchanged it.

The customer care was fine. I just would like to know why I have to pay someone to put up one fan twice?? The second one works fine but one screw was missing so they had to put a silver screw in it instead of a white one. Not too happy with all this.

Great fan at a great price.

W had a very old fan in our bedroom. It was out of balance, something clicked inside the motor and frequently the motor hummed which led me to believe that it was wearing out. I installed the new fan with a separate light and fan switch at the wall and that has been heavenly. The fan is refreshingly quiet as the nights have been cool enough with the window open and just the ceiling fan on. We have enjoyed immensely the quietness and refreshing coolness it has afforded us.

Hunter fan

Just got this fan installed in my home office yesterday. It has all the features I was looking for - white in color, the size is perfect for the room and it has a three-light kit on it. The fan is whisper quiet - I don't even notice that it's running. And the light kit really brightens up the room. I will definitely purchase another one of these fans the next time I need one.

Good buy!

I purchased two of these 44" fans (one white and one brushed nickle) They have dual color/ reversible blades. I added a 12" down rod on one for angled ceiling. The bulbs that came with fan were to dim for me. I installed 13watt CFL's (825 lumens ea.) and they are brighter and conserve electricity. One fan was perfect balance out of the box and the other required one weight. I did install a remote kit from lowes but the lamps were way to dim. Even at full bright setting only got 75V to bulb socke...

This fan was easy to install, but it did take more than 5 minutes. It looks great, is very quiet, and the blade repel dust build-up.

Good solid fan

I bought this fan for my kitchen. I have low ceilings so I used the smallest down-rod option provided. I have installed MANY Hunter fans in the past. This was easy and straight forward. Not '5-minute' like box suggests but still fairly quick. This fans pushes a lot of air for it's size and does the trick in my kitchen. Installed it over the stove/oven area and it keeps my wife from being too miserably hot while cooking. Style is nice. No wobble. Not a huge fan of the candelabra light bulbs in ge...

Easy to install! Great fan for a 10x10 bedroom. We bought it because it was white and on-sale and are glad we did. Sturdy construction and looks great!
