Sad customer service!!

 Would Recommend

The product is fine. I needed assistance finding it in the store. I requsted help from three different employees. Nobody came to my assistance. Another customer came to my assistance. Not good customer service. I wonder why I bother coming intpo your store!

Plug doesn't plug into outlets very well. It is lose and comes out very easily.
