Lowe's sent the item and when the installers arrived, they met with me about getting it set up and looked at where its getting hooked up at. The person then got on their phone and made a call as they were walking back to the truck. They then left with my oven. I paid for an oven that wasn't installed. I called Lowe's customer service, and the first call they connected me over to the 3rd party delivery/installe...
