I bought this brand new about 4 months ago! Right from the beginning the burners started to flake off all over the top and haven’t stopped! I noticed it did not come with a light bulb cover! Now the oven racks have split in half in the back! I barely have used and I do not cook on high I take very good care! I’m a loyal GE long time customer! I just literally replaced every appliance in my house spent a ton at Lowe’s! I’m not very happy! Me next stove will not be hot point/ GE

Unfortunately, propane conversion costs $400.00
I like that the propane connection is old school, not needing special sensors that backfire. Which is what happened on the previous propane stove. Don’t like that there is no storage like most stoves at the bottom. The broil element is at the bottom

Problem with delivery
I'm sure the oven would have been fine. I paid for the oven, and installation of oven. Lowe's sent the item and when the installers arrived, they met with me about getting it set up and looked at where its getting hooked up at. The person then got on their phone and made a call as they were walking back to the truck. They then left with my oven. I paid for an oven that wasn't installed. I called Lowe's customer service, and the first call they connected me over to the 3rd party delivery/installe...

A stove if you’re looking to save $50
It’s a stove. Could have paid extra $75. And got better one that tell temperature. To bad driver didn’t want to install what I paid for but instead tried to shake me down telling me I needed whole new gas line attachment. I connected stove in 15 mins with no issues.

Horrible Customer Service
Product is fine. However, Lowe's service was unacceptable.Was not told to unhook the old range and when new arrived, delivery guys would not remove the old one (had paid extra for). Made several calls and kept b being sent from one person to another. Long story short, they did not care for me as the Customer. Will not be making future purchases.
