When my new stove arrived, it ws filthy. I had to spen 30 minutes cleaning the stovetop, and it was still streaky instead of shiny and new. It was very disappointing. The 2 men that delivered it couldn't really communicate with us, as they didn't speak a word of English. I have no problem with someone who speaks another language, but they should be able to communicate

Would Recommendpurchased , and received this stove yesterday. Installation instructions and conversion from NG to LPG was seamless. You might want to put the LPG nipples in a more conspicuous place, I nearly did not find them.

Would RecommendFirst about the stove then about Lowe's delivery. This is a basic stove, which is all a chef or anyone needs that knows how to cook to use in their home. has a beautiful finish to it. Yes it is budget, I'm a stickler to quality but I have to say we're counts the stove delivers. The burner gas knobs are smooth and have great control over the burners which I am surprised at this price point, the control is equal to high-end stove.
