I've only had this generator for a month, but I love the ease of having to just turn it on with a key, no more pull-start! It's quiet & seems pretty fuel efficient.

Bought this for home power backup because it had great ratings from customers on a number of different sites. It is very quiet, especially once the eco-throttle is engaged. I would recommend getting the wheel kit because though it is possible for one person to lift, it is quite heavy. Perfect camping generator

We bought this for remote camping/dirt bike trips and it is quite, easy to use and uses minimal fuel amounts. Very impressed with the ease of operation and functionality of this unit.

The Best Quiet Inverter Generator!

I've only owned this generator for a few months, but it puts out enough juice to run the AC in our 30amp camper trailer, and is the quietest inverter you'll find. Its pricier than the competition, but the peace of mind knowing its the best with a Honda name is worth it.

Great Quiet Generator

We got our generator just in time. Lost power in our RV for the night. Kept everything running with no effort. My husband was very impressed with how easy it started and that it ran all night and only used 1/4 tank of fuel.

16 yrs and 13 yrs old and still running strong

I purchased my first EU3000IS in Lake Charles, LA after Hurricane Rita in 2005. It ran for 2 weeks straight with services performed every 4 days (~ 100 hrs). wanted a backup generator for my new home living in Texas for first time. I'm not a handy man at all so was first reluctant to buy but glad i did. Very easy to use with clear video instructions and very quiet.

Use strictly for Travel Trailer - Boondocking.

I’ve had my IE3000 for 7 years and use it for running our trailer air conditioning, tv and basic appliances in our trailer…. I love this Generator. It is very quiet and fuel efficient. Here is the problem. If the temperature is over 100’ the Generator randomly stops running . If we are camped at elevation over 6k feet and it’s hot outside the Generator won’t support our air conditioner. I have over 1500 hours and it has been routinely maintained which by the way is very easy

Back up for home & Camping

I bought a Honda because they are the best. I have not had a chance to use my new EU3000is at this time however I already have piece of mind that I have a back up if I ever lose power at my home. Also it is light enough to take camping.

The quality I was hoping for

I purchased this to power my RV. I paid 3 times that of the competition. This machine is at least 3 times the quality of the competition. Great Back up Generator- residential use

We have had this generator for almost four years. It has been great during power outages. My family loves how quiet it is. We have mostly used it to keep the fridge, some fans and lights running, and to charge phones, in order to save in fuel. After almost four years, the only problem we have had is that it is, currently, spilling the fuel.
