Cancelled?

Got email confirming order. Drove to store to pick up and noticed an email CANCELING the order was sent. Why? The item was in stock so I was able to get it at the store but WHY WAS THE ORDER CANCELLED?!?

Received Damaged - Return a nightmare

Arrived quickly after ordering, packing showed minor damage. Opened next day to find severe damage to both doors, top door being crushed in the corner. Tried to schedule a return only to find that I have to bring it into a Lowes store. I do not have a truck and this is really a problem for us. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have purchased elsewhere with a better return policy.

Arrived damaged & customer labored/paid to return

My fridge arrived on time but damaged. While working full time & having no car, I struggled to bring it to a FedEx within 48 hours for it to be returned. Calling the store where I ordered the item, I was put on hold for a long time without any follow up.

Great Little Frig

Honesty I didn’t expect much from this little refrigerator freezer. Just something to put drinks in. It was on sale so I just bought it. To my surprise this is a great little fridge. Freezer keeps things frozen solid. The refrigerator is right on the money as well. Would definitely buy again.

College Students and Seniors

I like the size (height) and compactness of the fridge. Plus, the freezer is a nice size. The only con is the lower door shelf is to deep that I can't put anything that is to long on the shelf above the bottom drawer. I have to lift up my produce above the door shelf in order for the door to shut.

Would not recommend it.

I received a damaged product and seems to be handled very badly at warehouse as well as during transit

The product is the right size that I wanted. But upon delivery it was already damaged. When I called to the complaint, I was told I would have to take it to a store to have it replaced. The whole purpose of having it delivered so I wouldn’t have to do the lifting. I have a disability. my only option was to get a 10% back only $24 for it coming in damaged. I will not shop at Lowe’s again.

Best mini fridge hands down

This mini fridge is perfect!! It fits our space so well and is really easy to adjust the temperature. We needed it for our nursery and we couldn't be happier with it. It is so quiet as well.

Damaged Goods

The unit came in with an obvious cent in the corner of the box and it dented the fridge as well. I like the units performance but I don't want to keep a brand new fridge that's damaged. The delivery folks left it and quickly got it before i could get out of the house. I called Less and have gotten no response. Very disappointed and won't go to Lowe's again unless they remedy the situation
