Terrible refrigerator
Would Not RecommendHad this refrigerator on its highest setting after following all the directions and start up instructions. After 48 hours of operation The contents inside were just cool at best. I would definitely advise against this one. Keep looking elsewhere. This is more of an electric cooler than a refrigerator. Will be returning it today!

They delivered to the wrong location. Had to send a employee to go find it.

Great small fridge
Would RecommendWe are waiting for a new full-size fridge to be delivered so we decided to get this to replace an older basement drink fridge. I holds quite a bit and we feel more confident with our dairy and frozen items in this than our older fridge that is being replaced.

HISENSE = NOT A GOOD BRAND
Would Not RecommendThis refrigerator is small and compact, but not a good refrigerator at all. The freezer freezes very well, but the refrigerator itself is not cooling. I just purchased it Wednesday 7-16-25 and If I hadn’t already torn the box up I would be bringing it back.

Scratch and dent refrigerator
Would RecommendDents and scratches were ok for me. I needed an extra little fridge for the basement. All s/d items are sold as is. They were kind enough to plug it in for me to make sure that it worked before I bought it. They were even kind enough to load it into my vehicle. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
