Quit working after 3.5 months

Bought this for my daughters dorm room. It is mid November and it has already stopped working. I did not get the extended warranty because I thought Lowes would honor the products factory warranty but they do not. I called Hisense for warranty information and cannot understand anything the guy on the phone was saying. I also submitted a request on line and have not gotten a response back yet after 24hrs.

Disappointed

It was delivered to a patient in assisted living who does not have a smart phone. It was dented. When I tried to get a small reimbursement ($25) via live chat it was denied because we could not send a picture. The patient called Lowes directly and was offered store credit for $20 or $25. However the experience was such that the patient no longer wants to shop there. It was not a pleasant experience for either of us. I was surprised at Loews - very bad customer service.

Nice capacity in a compact size!

We have had this refrigerator for several weeks now while we are waiting for our full size refrigerator to be repaired. So far so good. We like its capacity for the two of us. We appreciate the fact it has a separate decent size freezer compartment. It definitely will come in handy for extra items once our full size refrigerator is operating again.

Nice fridge for a single person

Arrived with 6" dent and all Lowes will do is $25.

Arrived with 6" dent down the side. Lowes took $25.00 off. Never buy another appliance from Lowes again. Also they had Fed Ex deliver it. That is why it was dented. Fed Ex is awful. Offered to send them pics but they don't care. Horrible customer service.

Everyone will want to use it

Convenient for the office to save money from eating out for lunch, and eating healthier snacks. Plenty of room for small office.

This is a great small fridge for a good price!

It's a great small fridge! I like that it has a separate freezer from the fridge and it fits perfectly into the smaller units I manage

We just recently purchased but so far the mini refrigerator is all the description says it is

I must have gotten a lemon

I got this unit about 11 months ago. It had never cooled properly either it was frozen or it was warm no in between. if the freezer is going to keep things then the refrigerator is going to be warm. If the refrigerator is going to cool then the frozen things will be like a brick. I would not recommend this item. But maybe your luck will be better than mine.

Worse service ever!

Never delivered. Got a text on August 21st saying I was the next stop. It’s now September 22nd and it’s still not here. Will never order from them again!

the little refrigerator is VERY little and noisy.

It makes a little to much noise when it runs...and not as much room in it as I expected. The delivery man laid it down on his seat instead of keeping it upright as you should for a refrigerator.
