What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this pull switch for effortless installation and reliable performance. Most highlight smooth operation, perfect fit for existing fixtures, and exceptional value—a five-dollar fix for a hundred-fifty-dollar fan. Many confirm it works perfectly in ceiling fans and antique lighting. However, some report premature failure, with chains snapping after weeks or months of use. Several note conflicting amp ratings on packaging versus website, causing confusion and returns. Despite these durability and specification concerns, the vast majority view it as a practical, cost-effective solution.

Would RecommendIt was easy to install to get the old one replaced for the light in my garage.
Switch stiffness
Would RecommendIf switching straight out, operation is smooth. If switching at a 90° angle, it's quite stiff and resistant.

It's a switch
Would RecommendIt's a pull chain switch and it works. The string that attaches to the pull chain is worthless and doesn't hold. But who cares. It works and that is what is important

$5 super simple fix for a $150 ceiling fan
Would RecommendPulled the light switch "pull chain" and it pulled and stuck,....for good. It was stuck, frozen and plain broken. Purchased a $5 - 2 way ( on/off) generic fan pull switch, dropped the light fixture part of the fan, unplugged the switch, cut the plug ends off the old one, attached them to the new $5 Lowes switch with wire nuts, plugged back in, reinstalled the light fixture and back in buisness. Super simple $5 fix for a $150 ceiling fan. $5 switch vs new $150+ fan ....ill take the simple 5 minut...

Pull this one
Would RecommendPurchased this pull chain switch to replace a switch where the spring had given up. Installed in the existing hole. Works like the old one did. I did observe that the mounting nut was smaller than the original one.
