Would Not RecommendThe website said this is a 6 Amp switch but it's not!! The package says it's rated up to 3 amps. The first time I buy something here instead of actually going in store to get it, I get scammed. Next time, pick up what you need in store so you know what you're getting.

Pull String poorly engineered
On my 3rd switch in 3 months, early use it , snaps after 30 days. Chain snaps just inside housing so you have to purchase a new one. This is not a good product.

Broke after 2 years of light use
We installed this in a ceiling fan in 2020, and it broke after 2 years. Complete garbage. We'd happily spend a little more for a quality product, but Lowes doesn't sell anything that lasts. The new replacement is coming from an online retailer.

3 amps with gold chain
The website says it is 6 amps but it's 3. That's fine for 1 light bulb i am told. The price difference between this and the other switch is simply due to the color of the chain. Other than that the switch is working like it should.

wrong description
this item is actually the 3 amp 125 Volt, 1 amp 250 Volt pull switch. Lowe's has the specifications switched with the other pull switch they sell-beware if you need a 6 amp switch, this isn't it!!
