What Customers Are Saying
The fast-setting mortar has received mixed reviews. Many customers found it to be an effective solution for concrete and masonry repairs, praising its fast setting time, strong bonding, and suitability for various applications. However, a significant number reported issues with the product, such as it arriving partially hardened or containing dry chunks, making it unusable. Some also found the setting time to be too fast, leaving little working time, and noted that the mortar shrank or cracked after application. Overall, the product can be a great option when it performs as expected, but quality control and storage issues seem to be a common concern.

Would Not RecommendThe product was fine, it was that the item was listed under resistant to high heat which it was not.
Speedy set !
Would RecommendThis is a great product, just be sure to only mix what you can finish in 20 minutes, then go on from there. It is hard in 1hrs time so I love this !
$6 for a plastic bucket. NOT PREMIXED!
Would Not RecommendI assumed that since it came in a bucket it was premixed. All I would have to do is scoop it out. WRONG. I could have just paid the $6 for a larger bag and just used my own bucket.
Parging.
Would RecommendUsed to parge interior of a stone foundation Worked great.

Good stuff. Versatile. Read the instructions.
Would RecommendFor its intended purpose, it does exactly what it's supposed to do (and a little more if you get creative). I've been using it for structural repairs to water-damaged foundation masonry, along with large repairs to soil-bury-damaged concrete around my very old house that was very badly neglected by the previous owner.
Not fast set
Would Not RecommendFinished my steps repair work and after an hour start light raining. The next day I was able to remove all my repair work by hands. Even during work I had to take breaks between layers. Used gravel in areas more than 1 inch thick.

Wow, really nice to mix
Would RecommendSo I just used this for the first time to patch part of a basement wall and floor. Typically I just use hydraulic cement but wanted to try this. If you had an active, running leak, go with the hydraulic cement. But for damp proofing a section or patching a hole this stuff is really nice. It mixed up really easily in my opinion and started hardening up nicely within an hour. Quikrete said repair mortar can be used on my old water heater flue as well (goes into an unused fireplace chimney)..l...
Best premix
Would RecommendThis is by far the best premix I have ever used. I used for porch and step repair. Very little slumping on horizontal repairs. Sets fairly quickly allowing second and third application can happen much sooner.
