Noisy

This fan is so noisy. It clicks constantly and the canister type area in between the fan and the ceiling shakes and makes a loud wind tunnel noise. Returning if possible.

Nice fan, but limited light.

Nice fan that is very convenient to install. The output of the light is limited and focuses downward. This produces less light than we are use to from a ceiling fixture.

Very Low Light

Instructions are very clear and installation went well but the light is not enough to light up a small/medium bedroom. Thought I missed a setting on the light board but nope, no setting or adjustment. Now I am not sure if I should return the ceiling fan or buy a couple of floor lamps.

Difficult

Very difficult to put together and mount onto the ceiling.

Super weak fan

You get what you pay for and at a little over $100 you get that, but it moves way less air than a standard standing fan. I barley feel the breeze underneath it and you don't feel it at all otherwise. I have a floor fan I bought for $30 that moves more air than this. The motor is very under powered. Super disappointing. Replaced a Casablanca fan and then found out it was 1/3 of the CFM of the Casablanca. I guess it looks nice if you don't intend for it to create a breeze.

Blades Stop Turning

I bought 4 of these fans in January 2022 and installed them in March 2022 after remodeling our condo. They were easy to install and look great. In August 2023, the blades on one fan quit turning. You can hear the motor continue to hum, but the blades don't turn. Two of the other fans have lost speed on the switch. These fans look good, but don't hold up in the long run. Of course, they held up until the warranty expired. Lowes said to contact Harbor Breeze, which I did. They are no help.

Stop Working after a year purchased

Nothing special. Stopped working completely after a year later. Very disappointed.

Was Good Until It Wasn’t

Purchased fan 2 months ago. Easy install and worked fine until recently. Now it makes a continuous noise when on. A review below described it as white noise sound and that is a good way to describe it. Pretty disappointed that it started doing this so soon, but hopefully I am able to return the fan.

Really like this fan

The ceiling on our new home wasn't super high so the flush mount of this fan doesn't drop it down as far as others. I also loved that it didn't force me to control it with a remote (that I'm constantly losing. I was able to wire it to two wall switches, one for the light and one for the fan.

SO NOISY! We can’t sleep!

I wish this was a review raving about how awesome this ceiling fan is. Sadly, it is yo complain about how noisy it is. We are so very disappointed in our choice to have purchased this fan fir the bedroom. Big mistake! It looked so sleek and high tech that we figured it had to be awesome… we even paid a licensed electrician to install it. Complete waste of money all around!
