The curbside pickup needs help!!! I waited for over 20 minutes in my car and finally went into the store for the product and that took another 20 minutes.The store NEEDS more staffing!!!

Poor quality assembly

Unpacking the fan, it looked just great. The instructions were straightforward and clear. The problem began in trying to loosen the screws to assemble the motor onto the ceiling mount. The screws were tightened so incredibly tight that we thought we were going to strip them out. We had to apply lubricant, let it sit, and then apply a tremendous amount of force. But we did manage to get them loose. Unfortunately, we encountered the exact same problem with the screws for mounting the lower lighti...

Broken light covers

I purchased 3 fans. All 3, recently installed by a licensed contractor working at my home, appear to be working well. However the glass light cover on one was completely shattered and on another it was cracked. The contractor disposed of the shattered glass. I returned to the store with the cracked one, explained about the other, and asked for two replacements. I was informed only one could be replaced. They needed to have the shattered one in order to replace it. Now what?

fan died with less than a year use.

fan stopped turning and wont come back on. love the look but not sure if i want another if it will die under a year as well. i have another in an ajoining room and its fine.

Love it ,but it's not very powerful.

My husband installed in the bedroom and it was pretty straight forward. The room is smaller than the fan's rating of square footage range but I wanted to keep it on low for the quiet at night. However, to cool I have to keep it on med-high so I really don't know if it would be efficient in a room the size it's rated to work in. The look is awesome, it looks much more expensive. The sound is fair; it's balanced without any wiggle; the chain pulls are very short but adding to the length was easy. ...

The base mount is larger than it looks in the ad

Did not take long to install and looks great! Modern design goes well with our bedroom furniture which has brushed nickel drawer handles. Moderate LED lighting works great for me, but my husband wished it was brighter. Overall very happy with the purchase!

Nice Modern Fan

Bought 3 of these fans for my bedrooms and they were easy to install and they look great in each room. The LED lights brighten up the room and makes them feel more inviting.
