I bought 4 and 1 of them wobbled to much and had to return it.

Look for this, great remote control, no more chains to pull.

Do not purchase

I failed to read other reviews before purchasing this in store. I installed it and it worked great until the next morning, when I turned off the fan and light. When I went to turn it back on that evening, it just didn't work. Apparently from other reviews this is typical of this fan...it simply stops working. Stay away

I have gone through 4 of these in 4 years. I bought 2 at a time to put on downstairs bar-basement of my house. They just stop working. Now since I dont have my receipt for the last one no way to return it. Now I'll have to buy 2 more of a different brand.

Problematic

Bought 2 units first unit light would not work 2nd unit no fan. Took unit down and checked for voltage with a meter and nothing. Beautiful looking fan but remote is obviously a piece of crap

Zero Customer Support

Purchased fan from Lowe's and had electrician install. Fan lasted two years and then suddenly it came on by itself and the remote had no effect trying to turn the fan off or control any functions. The only way to turn the fan on or off was by the power, but could not control the speed to light. Response from Parrot Uncle support was dead silence after repeated attempts to get them to live up to their claimed "lifetime warranty". Buyer beware when dealing with this companies products.

Item does not include all working parts

When we buy something, unless it is second-hand; We expect all of the parts to work. This ceiling fan included bulbs and a remote for the light. Of which, the 23A12 Volt battery needed to be replaced upon purchasing. This is the second time purchasing a LIKE ITEM from Lowes, with the EXACT result. By the time you take down the fixture, and troubleshoot; It may not be worth the trouble.

Great fan. Make sure it is installed (wired) the way you like. I can no longer turn on my ceiling light without the remote.

The fan looks great and runs great. I only gave it three stars because I can no longer turn on my overhead light without a remote. It could be the installation. I contracted through Lowes for installation.
