Couldn't even mount the bracket. The mounting bracket is so flimsy that the screws went through it when installing.

Bought this for my bedroom. Extremely nice update from outdated fixture previously there. It has remote as well and can turn light on/off with it.

light stopped working

I have only had the mazon for about 1 1/2 years and all of a sudden the light quit working. had a tech on the phone and all he could tell me was to keep turning the light off at the switch and back on to reset the remote. the fan is still working with the remote just fine. the tech at harbor breeze said warranty was up on light after 1 yr and usually it takes alot longer if there are going to be any issues. Rude customer service!

After 2 months the light flashed and shut off. It wouldn't turn on with the remote or the wall switch. The fan still worked with the remote. I called customer service and they told me to look on page 14 of the manual and reset the remote. He was very rude,, obviously annoyed, and then hung up immediately when I said that worked. I won't buy another product from this company.

Don't count on a timely installation.

Can't say what I liked or didn't because, after MULTIPLE last minute rescheduled installations the fan has still not been installed. The worst service ever.

2x failed

I bought a fixer upper condo and kitchen ceiling fan was broke when we bought the place, so I bought this one, the electrician cost more than the fan. The 1st one we had installed kept flickering, the electrician did all sorts of troubleshooting before realizing it was a faulty fan (past warranty), so I bought the same fan again but this time the fan was on sale, so affordable and I love the color.
