I use pine mulch to grind up and add to potting soil. Good value because it's inexpensive and stretches the more expensive potting soil if you need a lot.

have used the same product several times in the past. It spreads easily, stays where you put it and lasts a couple years before it needs replenishment.

Good mulch

I bought the Pine Bark Mulch because the landscaper I hired said it was the best kind to use. He said it was good for the soil and would last. I didn't give the quality an 'excellent' because I won't really know until next spring if it protected the plants, helped the soil or lasted that long, but overall I am pleased with the way it looks. Great path surface!

I used it to line the path from house to dock. I was going to use cedar mulch, but Store was sold out. Finished result was much better than I expected.

Poor quality mulch.

Mulch was poor quality. Also it was wet from being left outside of the store.

Very good product for the garden.

I always buy this pine bark mulch. I buy it several times a year to top off my flower gardens. It gives the beds that "finished" look! It eventually breaks down and becomes good garden soil, so you do have to keep replacing it.

Excellent & economical product

Great purchase and the price was very affordable. I would like the option of larger bags at a volume price as well.

This product was as advertised. I like the fact the mulch does not include any dyes.

Natural dark brown pine bark mulch

I have had it in my flower beds for over a week now and it is keeping its color. Hasn't faded like most mulches seem to do once they are out of the bag and dry.

accidental GREAT find!

not the usual brand I normally purchase. It is a bag that is a solid color white so you are not able to see what the product looks like . So I took a chance and bought some. It is the best mulch, there are no dyes or dampness to it. When I was done putting the mulch down I looked at my hands and was amazed. Pine Bark Mulch

The Pine Bark Mulch that I purchased was made in North Texas with the Scotsman logo, not the one pictured above. It was small dark brown nuggets and very uniform in size. I am very pleased with this product. It was used after removing cypress mulch from our beds. The cypress mulch was very inconsistent in size and shape and sometimes had big hunks of tree mixed in.

Great price, Lowe's Staff loaded into my vehicle. Easy to apply, have received many compliments from neighbors on the look of the house with the mulch.

Some mulch extremely wet

Some of the Evergreen Pine Bark Mulch was extremely wet in their plastic bags. The water actually came out of the bags & puddled on my van floor during the 30 minutes until I delivered &removed the mulch from the van. The weight of the bagged wet mulch was twice that of the dry mulch.
