I ordered more!!

It filled in so nicely that I went back and ordered more. Now I’m grabbing the biggest roll they have to redo my entire lawn

It works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked just like they said! I kept it watered and grass started growing after a few days. So easy.

A lot of trouble.

I'll be shocked if it actually grows. It's a nightmare to put down, tried the staples as suggested, it bunched it up and ripped it, blows all over the place even when they're isn't enough wind to move the leaves on trees. We've had to put strips of wood to hold it in place, that ripped it too. If I had it to do over i would go with the thicker product that it used on the side of the road during construction.

No Grass Grew

No growth yet

After 16 days of putting down the Lavender GrowTrax on tilled soil, watering three times a day still no growth. I planted grass seed behind and wildflower seeds in front, they both have solid growth and bare spots.

Very slow / no growth

Today is day 14 of constant watering. Little to no grass sprouting.

Not for me

Seed not growing. Water everyday. Left a green slime mess we’re trying to grow. Aerate soil too. Also wind will blow it any if not soaked with water. No luck for me.

Great for Slopes!

We tried seeding an area in my backyard with traditional seed but the seed washed away since the area is on a slope. We tried GrowTrax and we are seeing great results so far! The fabric keeps the seeds from washing away.

Best product!

We have seeded our back lawn 4 times and it always failed. So far Growtrax is holding strong. The grass is thick, lush, and so green! It was so easy to apply. I have even used the patch repair for spots the dog ruined and that works extremely well too. Very impressed so far. The true test will be after the summer. If it makes it through October then I will be thrilled.

Rolls blew away

Waste of money. Didn't even last a whole day. Prepped ground, rolled out, and watered multiple times that day. Wind came along and all the rolls (even saturated with water and staked) blew off away. Needs to actually stick to the dort when wet.

Buyer beware

Does not work. Buyer beware, not as easy as they make it out to be.

Does not tolerate wind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago after regrading my backyard for drainage. This stuff does not tolerate any kind of wind. I have to flood my backyard with my sprinklers to keep it from blowing away. Not happy I will just do seeds when I run out of the product I have left to repair the wind damaged areas

worked great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used GrowTrax late last summer on a large area of the yard where we had septic work done. It was super easy to rollout and water for several weeks. The grass came in great, but it was late fall by then. Now, this spring it came up even better and looks fabulous. Pretty impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a farming community, just outside of Phoenix. It’s windy this time of year, nothing crazy, but up to 15 mph gusts. The product is very challenging to lay down and keep down in windy conditions. Even after I was able to get it down, beyond the tearing, one the product starts to dry out, in between watering times, it starts to blow away. I’ve lost a quarter of what I’ve purchased due to wind and the sheets becoming too fragile to relay ...

1st 2 weeks UNSUCCESSFUL; HOPING FOR GOOD NEWS!

2 weeks into this project and the results are not good! I invested a lot of money in the growth Trax hoping to have the beautiful lawn you advertised; as of this date we have not had any success. I will wait the 30 days before I request a refund; we have pictures when we started tge project, now 2 weeks later and will have tge remaining 2 weeks. I hope for success, I really do! We've spent a lot of manual hours following the guidelines you advised, we are hoping for the results you promised

Love, Love, Love the Fescue Mix

We had a very hard time getting grass to grow in our back yard due to shaded areas and leaves falling etc. My back yard is about 4400 square feet. We decided to try the Tall Fescue Mix so we would have green grass year round. It was amazing!!! We kept it watered and saw grass sprouting in no time. By the 6th week we had a lush green lawn in places where we never thought we would ever see grass. Love Love Love my back yard! I highly recommend this product!!

Hillside hassles !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this product, we used the smaller rolls in the past around the shed and beds but had a bigger area we have been putting off so the Pro rolls were perfect, and come to find out there is a mesh built into the bigger roll which is a huge bonus especially as we are on a hillside and erosion always an issue, such a clever well thought out product.
