Happily surprised so far

I wasn't sure it was going to work but after preparing the ground just by mowing on the lowest setting and pulling some ugly weeds and currently keeping the paper very wet several times a day due to the sun and heat, we are seeing grass. We are excited and hopeful. Looking forward to seeing if it gets thicker and keeps growing.

Good product
Good peoduct to help eliminate erosion on hills f9r new seeded areas. Do not install with any wind otherwise the product will rip and fly away. Watering is a must otherwise the seeds dont grow. This product grows well if you have the extra time to maintain it daily. Seed and hay are better if you're looking for a sew it and forget it option.

Only 1/3 of seeds sprouted
I watered 3 times a day, prepped the soil really well, and only 1/3 of the seeds had sprouted. It's been 23 days since I planted, and am very disappointed. I delayed planting a few weeks, so I am outside the cash back guarantee window. Now I have a huge water bill and a terrible lawn.
