Great jointer for smaller projects
Practically ready to go out of the box. Well packaged. I built a cart specifically for this jointer and only wheel it slightly forward to use it, so the fence has held to 90 degrees well. The cut is pretty clean. I wouldn't recommend this for big furniture makers or for large lumber. The bed will scratch and you're limited to 5-1/2" with the cutterguard on. Overall works great for me.

Would RecommendI am just a hobbyist right out of the box. Easy setup squared it up and was cutting in 10 minutes. Unbelievable tool. My only complaint is I should have waited for the 8-in that were back ordered. The six will do me fine but as soon as I used it I said imagine what the eight would be. Very impressed. Very happy.
