Easy to drill into wood. Strong hold. Only draw back is bit provided is soft and strips out easily.

Would RecommendLove the Deck screws. I have not had a striped head yet. I have used them with green (new treated ) wood and they have pulled down every time.

missing torx bit
Would RecommendThe screws work well, but the torx bit was missing. I had an extra screw in the box that was 1 1/4" long. I bought a box of 2 1/2" screws. I have my own torx bits, so I was still able to use the screws without the missing bit.
