Would Not RecommendVery frustrating! The unit continues to change the inside heat to 57 degrees when it was just manually set to 69. I am ready to pull this unit out and go backl to old Honeywell. Waste of money!

Would RecommendProduct: High qualityl Easy install is possible despite my fumbled first try. Google makes it easy to schedule an install with there affiliate "ONtech" which as a Dish technician. There are cheaper versions of the Nest Thermostat, but it takes the more robust "Learning" thermostat if you have a heat pump... that statement was true in my case anyway. Would Not RecommendWithin 75 days of installation this thing could no longer connect to our wireless network. I was willing to try to live with that, but now it doesn't work at all. Way too expensive to completely crap out within 90 days of installation. Would go with 0 or even negative rating if that were an option.

Would RecommendI enjoyed the product, how easy it is to use, and how I can change the temperature on my phone when I'm away from home. I did not like Lowe's Handy installation; it was extremely hard to reach the technician and I was never able to contact him despite texting and calling multiple times. The tech never showed up so I had a different handyman not related to Handy/Lowes install it. Overall I had no problems with the thermostat itself so far!
