Bought the next new, worked fine for 2 years then decided to stop working. Wont find WiFi networks, shuts off every 3 hours, Nest advised me to buy a new one.

Horrible product - nothing but issues from day one. Turning down low at night in freezing temps - common issue across many users. Make the changes to stay at a certain temp then of course reverts back. Finally got it - contacted customer support numerous times - weeks later - still no response. Yet again - turned completely off in the middle of the night during frigid dangerous temps. Researching now how to turn it back on. Do not buy this product - as bad as it is - customer service by Goog...

Stopped connecting to wifi

I bought the thermostat and for 2 months it was connected to my home wifi, then one day it was disconnected and will no longer find any network. I went through all the trouble-shooting steps and after some internet searching, this problem is unfixable.
