My wife loves it. The bigger screen makes using it very easy and the features are really cool. I would recommend getting one!

Buy one!

This is great. I love using it to listen to music in my house but it’s definitely helpful as an assistant answering whatever question I throw at it. Pull up recipes when I’m cooking and watch videos when I’m eating. Worth the investment

It’s ok. Need feature improvement.

Pro: I like the subwoofer in the back. Audio has nice bass. Cool live and personal photos wallpaper. Voice accuracy is on point. Connects to third party Smart devices and Spotify better than apple mini. Cons: No dedicated apps. If this were an android OS with YouTube apps. It would be awesome. Can’t really access your YouTube account or history or liked videos for cooking. Pointless if I saved a recipe video on my laptop but can’t access on the nest hub Max. Overall limited.

Has never worked right

In my opinion, the Nest hub max is a great device. Unfortunately, I truly believe my unit has had an issue since day one. Voice commands are delayed up to 20 seconds before execution. Touch screen also is delayed when swiping. My family ownes the same product, but with no issues. All 38 other smart devices in our home, including nest Wifi and two points, work so well!! Our home is 90% Google and Nest products, and we've loved them for years!! This hub Max has maxed out my patience however.

Great Except for Camera Not Working

I have 5 different Google Nest products in my home and they are usually easy to install, reliable, well integrated with each other as well as other technologies, and really well designed. That’s why they are worth it, even though they are not the cheapest option on the market. That makes the (known) problem of Max Hub cameras not working in certain circumstances really disappointing and frustrating. It feels uncharacteristic of Google Nest to have a product with a known problem out in the market...

The camera room monitoring feature stopped working

Pretty cool, but hoping for a lot more soon

I expected this to be a very cool addition, it is but it could do so much more. Like watching all my security cams at the same time. Casting to my tv would be cool. Maybe I am still too new to it and learning as I go. The sound quality is good, the screen is clear and crisp. Had issues with setup, but after 2 days of trying I finally nailed it, was not as easy as gen ll hub. Wish it acted more like my Pixel 6 Pro. But all in all not too bad.

Nest Hub Max

Was easy to set up and use. Picture frame function works well adjusting to the room lighting and diming down to only a clock display when all the lights go out. Music feature also works well from voice commands. Communication features are also easy to use. I also enjoy viewing my Google Nest Outdoor camera when my kids decide to play out front while i am working from my home office. Near ideal with some setup stumbling blocks

I shopped around before buying the Nest Hub Max, and am completely pleased with its overall form and function. Initial setup is rather straightforward and uncomplicated. But most users will pull their hair out trying to move this device to a different WiFi network, as Google saw fit to hide the necessary controls inside an unusual place ("Device Details") within the Home app, so you almost have to know in advance where to look. Home Monitoring won't work

Have spent hours with google support, and they cannot help me to get the home monitoring feature to work. Everything else is great except I cant monitor the home while away through the hub max.

Does...Most of what it should

Overall it's an OK product. It works well for the things it does. There are a couple of BIG improvements that could be made though. A. browsing and saving recipes that aren't from your specific vendors (My wife and I have pinterest boards full of recipes we basically can't use with this thing). B. Browsing youtube without using the voice functionality. Sometimes it would be better to just be able to search. C. Add more gestures for things such as skipping songs. Perfect for us

I recently purchased the Nest Hub Max as an upgrade from the Home Hub we use in the family room. I love the upgrade, mostly for the fact that we can talk to my husband on duo video call via a bigger screen! He's on a towboat 5 weeks, and only home for, so the capability of having more FaceTime with daddy is a huge deal for my two small children.

Loving it

Got out Hub when we moved into our new home and I love how easy it is to use. It’s so convenient.

A must have for EVERY FAMILY!

We use our google nest hub max on a daily basis. It is useful for so many things. Weather, timers, recipes, playing songs, learning new things on YouTube, and the list goes on

Z wave not supported

Owned for a week, does not support z wave devices so I could not operate light switches or locks with this hub. Also difficult to access web browser and streaming apps. Returned it got an Alexa instead as her skills allow me to connect to my z wave devices amongst other things.

Camera won't work

The hub is great for everything except the camera feature. It worked for about a week and now it won't work at all
