What Customers Are Saying
The product delivers excellent performance, burning clean and hot with very low ash content, resulting in less frequent stove cleaning. It provides superior heat output compared to other pellet brands and has a reputation for consistent quality and reliability over many years of use. However, some recent reviews indicate potential quality issues like increased ash, clumping, and bag integrity problems, leading to customer disappointment. Overall, the product is still viewed as a high-quality option, but the manufacturer should address the recent quality concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.

Awesome pellets
Would RecommendI tried these pellets after my local stores ran out of the Green Team pellets that I have burned for the last few years. These burn amazing in my VG5790 stove and do not leave the klinkers, only ash. I hope you continue to carry these next season.

Excellent Product. Clean and Hot.
Would RecommendThe best pellets I've used in the past 13 years of pellet stove use. Burn very hot and almost zero ash or caking. The actual manufacturer, Lignetics makes other brands that don't burn nearly as well. The bad isn't the product, but the price. Very expensive and I only bought because it was my only option at Lowes. The actual BTU's and low ash are almost a good trade off. Something I wish would be addressed is the large wasteful plastic bags they come in. The industry needs to figure this problem ...

Low ash, good heat, fair price
Would RecommendBurns well with way less ash then hardwood pellets. I was a bit worried about some of the pellets being long but my two 98 Whitefield stoves have no issues with them. Ive burned a few other dug fur brands but these are now my go 2 pellets.

Best pellets I've ever burned
Would RecommendI've been burning pellets for years and have tried many different brands with mixed results. Greene Team from Lowe's was my go to for 5+ years but their quality has gone way down hill. Up until recently, the Minuteman Supreme Douglas Fir was the best pellets I've put through my stove. However, they are very, very expensive. Once my local Lowe's started carrying the Golden Fire pellets, I grabbed a ton to give them a try. They burn just as hot as the Minuteman pellets but have less ash and are al...
Best pellets, but wow, the price!
Would RecommendI think these are the best pellets for pellet stoves. There is less sawdust in the bag, less ash when burning, and they burn longer than other brands. However, in the 8 years we have been buying pellets, the price has gone from $3.98/bag to $9.98/bag.

PELLET LENGTH PROBLEM
Would Not RecommendThese pellets cause the stove to shut down due to inconsistent pellet length. Most pellet stoves require a max pellet length of 1 1/4" with a optimum length of 3/4". The picture shown is of pellets from one bag that are over 2" in length and up to 2 1/2". Numerous pellets (not shown) over the maximum of 1 1/4" length. The long pellets will clog the intake to the pellet auger and cause the stove to shut down. Pellets should be of a consistent length for smooth auger operation. POOR QUALI...
