Would Not Recommendbought this in May (now Oct) and can't stand it. hose is narrow so the water volume is not great. it kinks all the time. the cover plate is constantly falling off. I wish I returned it when I could. only positive is the length options. however, i do not recommend. have a similar item from another brand that I much prefer.

Would RecommendI like the sturdiness of the actual reel - do NOT use garbage expanding fasteners. Mount using lag bolts onto flat, solid surface like a 2X solid wood mounting plate. unit is heavy and when full of water will rip the expanding fasteners right out of siding material

I have a landscape business and I see lots of bad hose reels but this one is so good I bought it for my house. I love it. I leave it up year round but blow out with compressed air after each use during the Winter months. Buy it!

product was easy to install. so far it is working flawlessly. hose rewinds fast with no kninking or snagging. mine is hooked up on the wall inside my heated garage so i can use it in the cold weather to keep my truck and car dirt free after driving on the sand and salt covered roads here in the mountains.

Exactly what I needed. Trust me, spend the extra money to get this. You get what you pay for and this is everything. I have fake turf in my backyard. Plus I have dogs that pee in my backyard. That means my turf occasionally smells. So I installed this to make it easier to spray down their pee. This reel system simply makes my life easier and more convenient. 10 out of 5 stars. And don’t get me started on the pressure washer system. I could talk about that all day.
