It's no Mitutoyo, but it's servicable.

If you're looking for a precision measuring instrument for machining, you should look elsewhere, but for the average home gamer this will suit the needs of 99% of folks. I bought it just to check the gauges on some pilot holes I needed to drill out to fit some oddball furniture parts, and it worked well for that.

The composite used in this furnished little to no precision. Returned product.

Inexpensive and useful

I found this digital caliper to be inexpensive and useful. I just whish it was made solely of metal instead of primarily plastic.

Great for aging eyes

I made the purchase simply because I could no longer easily read measurements on a standard caliper. Being a scale modeler, accuracy is crucial when so many parts are scratch built. The ability to look at a number rather than struggle to count lines is a major plus.

Flimsy and highly variable measurements. Returned for full refund.

Does an excellent job. Made my project infinitely easier with no worries!

Convenient tool

I’ve used this caliper many times since I bought it, it always comes in handy. Would definitely recommend. Going to get the larger one next!

Not reliable

Always off, up or down, when trying to get a measurement. I can measure the same thing multiple times and each time the numbers are slightly off. Even at zero, I get -0.10

not accurate

I bought these hoping to get accurate measurments for laser cutting. Unfortunately it is not accurate and will be returning.

Must have for any tool box!

I absolutely love this! I needed to measure some dado cuts and this was a life saver! Works well but lost a star because it is spastic sometimes and doesn’t want to turn on or the display flickers.

It is easy and was great to use. Would recommend it to anyone that need something caliper.

Cheap

You get what you pay for. This caliper is cheaply made and feels like it's going to break when you use it. There is no way to secure or lock the measurement so once you get your measurement you better write it down immediately or take the chance of bumping it and having to remeasure. Don't get me wrong it works but it just wasn't what I expected. I went back and bought the bigger version which had everything I wanted.

Perfect for use with laser

Works well for measuring materials for laser engraving and cutting. Good size, nice case, just what I needed.

Christmas gift

Giving this as a Christmas gift. I've used these before to measure size of bolts and nuts and it works awesome. I also use it to size bullets for reloading.

Battery clips flimsy

Trying to access the battery compartment the clips broke off without much effort.
