Would Not RecommendWas able to get the same order from Best Buy a few days later for $580 less and the manager at Lowe's basically told me to pound sand when I asked for a price match. A $580 dollar difference?!?!? Really?!

Great Generator Less than Adequate Service
Would RecommendThe generator arrived ahead of schedule and when I arrived to collect it, the staff members were ill-equipped to help load it onto my trailer. I tried to offer helpful suggestions and they wanted to argue with me. In the end, when they finally listened, the generator was loaded and made it safely home to be installed.

Would RecommendWe have had the generator installed for just over a year and it was needed only 1 time for about 30 mins. But it worked like a charm. The only down sides were the expensive installation, $6,000, and the subscription service cost ($55 a year) for a very limited web app. Every other WIFI enabled electronic in my house has a free web app to monitor it. So why does Generac need to charge? I feel that charging owners to access an existing site is outrageous and is a predatory charge.
