I PAID FOR THE GENERAC ON JAN 20, 2021. IT IS STILL SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY. I PURCHASED IT BECAUSE OF MY WIFE'S HEALTH CONDITION. AS A DISABLED VETERAN I AM DISAPPOINTED AND SAD. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN CONFUSING AND DEEPLY TROUBLING.

Considering adding another

I've had this model since 2017. It is just large enough to manage my geo thermal unit but not much more. If I had standard gas heat, this would easily manage my entire home. I've only lost power a few times and this thing does its job to keep the house warm while waiting for power to be restored. I have great confidence in its operation and am considering adding another just like it to ensure continuous power for the rest of the house. Long wait for installation

I look forward to having my generator installed. I really can't review at this time as our February purchase can not be installed until May. Purchase was easy and representative was courteous and informative.

The best experience in a while. The salesman originally told us there were not going to be any generators until July. We were about to just hold off until he spent his morning calling other stores until he found us one. We were so happy he did. The electrician came out within a week and did a very professional installation, turn key at a very reasonable price. Far less than the other estimates we got. We are very satisfied and highly recommend!!

Best Generator for whole house

This is my second generator from Generac and their quality and customer sevice onle gets better year over year. I have one on our cabin from 2016 and it has had zero issues. Follo the directions and get the appropriate trades to help out. I put mine on a small slab 3’ from the house and about 3” wider than the unit all the way around. My aching back

Very sad to learn the driver would not back into the snow packed driveway. He stayed in the street and I had to help drag loaded portable Fork lift 50' to the house. I hurry my back, and it is sill aching.

Self-Destructed on start-up

Waited 4 weeks for the 22kw unit to come in from the manufacturer and 3 weeks for the installer. The installation went smoothly. The unit self-destructed on start-up. Talking to corporate and being told that they may not have a response for 72 hours. would have been better off dealing with a stocking distributor. Not worthone star.

Great Unit!

It took an awfully long time to get this installed and working properly for a number of reasons, but now I have a generator that can make my house return to normal operating functionality in about 10 seconds from the time a power outage occurs. This thing is fast, powerful, and a great insurance policy to remove hardships for the family during any weather for weeks at a time.

WE purchased tjis Generac unit in December and the installation was done February 10-11 2020. The generator is high quality design all the way around. Be advised the installation is not cheap but it is worth having professionals do it. Also call your gas company to fund out if your existing meter can handle the cfm the generator will use when running. Generac Generator 22k

This is a well built product with WiFi. It runs quietly and as soon as the power goes off it starts right up and restores full house use. We have a cabin in NC and power goes off often and not restored quickly due to the secluded areas. Now we can leave food in the refrigerator without worrying. Wish we had bought one sooner. We got a really good price at Lowe’s.
