Found that in a retro fit the bolts are just at the opposite ends of the opening and you have a big wood area of the jamb showing. Other then that hopefully this will keep breakins out of my clie ts house.

Would RecommendI totally love this strike plate, it is the best strike plate in the whole world, it is the Holy Grail of strike plates. It fit perfect, after I chiseled out a place for it in my door frame. The screws fit perfect, after I drilled pilot holes for them.

Would Not RecommendIf you get this make sure your using a 1/8 inch drill bit that is at least 3 inches long and have a good bit. My bit was a 1/2 inch short. I stripped several heads and two broke where the threads meet the shank. I found the Security Defender brand screws much stronger.
