Ordered the product and it arrived quickly (which is a miracle in Hawaii). Entered the store and worker behind the pick up counter could not be more helpful! She helped me open the locker and I was in and out of the store in about 2 minutes! Plus, she was very nice--thank you worker whose name I did not catch! Mahalo!

Lowes Sucks

They brek to easy. Like anything else lowes sells its just poor quality as usual.

The color: Purple

These are advertised as “Oiled Bronze”, and indeed are dark colored from a distance. However, on closer inspection they appear a deep dark purple-blue in certain LED light.

Easy to use very sturdy

Railing brackets were installed almost two years ago. They’re nice brackets, but beware. The color and design won’t always show if the bracket is cracked. I don’t know how, when, or why the bracket failed. However, the bracket was cracked in the middle, and there was no snap noise/sound that happened. I almost fell backwards from the top of the stairs. Since, I put up tape as a precaution until I find a replacement.

Nice look, seems to be sturdy. I put all my weight on both parallel bars with no problem (270 lbs).
