Very good watch! I made the jump from Apple and I don’t plan on going back. If you’re looking for a watch that keeps track of your activity monitors your heart rate. While still having a rugged look this is your watch!

Game Changer coming from a Fitbit!!

I absolutely love the Simplicity of an old school basic non-color screen!! The battery life is amazing, and you can max out pretty much everything including the GPS settings and still have a week or two of battery left!! Don't splurge and try and spend tons of money on a super high-end watch, this fits the bill and then some, especially as a fitness tracker for cycling it's hands down a game changer!!

Best watch for sport & work

Bought my first Instinct3 a few years back, wear it all the time, except when l put on my elegant watches (automatic analogs), very pleased with functionality, ease of use, light weight… Had once an issue, got replaced, no fuss about it! So l got my second Instinct just yesterday, different color to match my outfits. You cannot go wrong with this simple and reliable watch!

Lots of programing

I like the watch but it is a pain to program. Have to look thru instructons( printed them. I like to highlight. Throw away pages for fishing, hunting)

Best smartwatch ever.

It's lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear. Battery life is decent about 3 weeks use. Charging is quick, longer battery life would make it more travel friendly. Functional smartwatch for everyday fitness and notifications also tracks steps, heart rate, sleep, and workouts accurately. Notifications from the phone come through without delay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable smartwatch.

ACCURATE!

I bought this mainly for the heart monitoring feature. I have issues with my heart health, experiencing bradycardia. My BPMs were in the 30s. I needed a pacemaker. I had the implant done. While in the hospital I was able to compare the Instinct 2 to the heart monitor, and it is spot on. Now that I am home it is great to be able to keep track of my BPM. Great watch.

I purchased this watch almost a month ago. This is my first smartwatch. I had a Fitbit for 2 days before taking it back getting the instinct 2. This watch was more my style and much more user friendly imo. I use this watch for my workouts and walks. My wife has a Fitbit and the Instinct 2 is way more accurate. Also the connect app works great with apple health. With the Fitbit I had to use 2 separate apps to sync it with apple health which was annoying. The watch has great battery life which is ...

Love this watch

Love this watch! I really like the fact that I don't have to think about charging it. It helped me get back on track with my training. Also, love the richness of data in different categories. I wish I had bought it earlier.

Love the battery life!

I bought this to replace my Instinct Tactical that was approximately 8+ years old. I bought an Apple Watch Series 10 but didn’t like having to charge the battery daily! Gave that to my son!

Wonderful watch

Battery life is great. Features are nice. Intuitive to use.. It is annoying that the charge cable is proprietary, it would be nice to be able to plug it in to a more common cable end.

Great watch

I had the Instinct 1, and I just got the Instinct 2. Really like the watch. Seems to be much better at tracking my heart rate than the Instinct 1.

This watch is very rugged and durable, not even needing a case for it. It was worth it's weight on my last deployment, withstanding the dust/sand storms while providing a great resource for my rucking and running training. Battery life will be about half of the 28 days it says it's good for if you're recording activities. This watch can be for anyone, whether you've worn an apple watch for a while or any other brand and want a change.

Really enjoying the watch

Bought the watch as a “next step” from the Fitbit Charge 6 fitness tracker. Really enjoying the additional features and look of the watch. Like that I can change the face of the watch to suit my data interests. Does need some getting used to but once I gained an understanding of all the watch has to offer and how to scroll through the metrics I am pleased with my purchase.

Instinct 2 One of the Best

This is the second review I'm submitting on the Instinct 2. This is the absolutely best watch I've bought to support my golf game and maintain health statistics. It is easy to use and easy to read. Great watch.

I really love the Instinct 2. Wish the standard edition came in Jet Black, but there are a lot of band options. Great job Garmin.

Great watch

obviously, as will most Garmin items, this watch comes with lots of bells and whistles already turned on. After setting the watch up to they way you want it, it's even better. Got the watch about 2 weeks ago. Ran some training and finished a marathon already. Love this thing, and I had a Fenix 5 prior to this that lasted me 6 years and multiple marathons.
