Overall good and easy to use functions, good battery life unless you use GPS tracking then it plumets. Pretty accurate and great motivator. Probably get the solar option next time. Band is worthless had to update as soon as I got it.

Software update and then no battery!
The watch asked for a software update and the day after the battery was drained after 4-6 hours. I’ve tried everything to save power and even put the watch into battery save mode. Still, the battery dies after 4-6 hours. Before the software update no issues, battery lasted 3+ weeks.

Easy to use
This watch is great, battery life is very good, it takes awhile to update in back to start in hunt mode but it's adequate. Glad I bought it much better than my hand held gps.

Nice upgrade for me!
I replaced my solar instinct 1 with a regular instinct 2, and the difference is wonderful. It is more sensitive in reading movements, interface is more detailed and reporting is equally detailed. Long live Garmin!

I’ve been using it for a little over a year now. It’s super comfy and durable. It has plenty of fantastic features. I do wish the lock/unlock feature was a little better. I have to keep the watch locked 24/7 because of a tendency to accidentally hit buttons but when I need to repeatedly use the watch it will automatically lock after a couple of minutes.

Perfect size and great features
I was in the market to replace an older Garmin watch and after a lot of research I narrowed it down to the Instinct 2 and the Instinct 2s. Both had the features that I wanted and were at the price I was looking for. The 2 ended up being the perfect fit for my 7” wrist. Small enough that it doesn’t stand out at the office, yet big enough to easily read. Honestly, when comparing the 2 and 2s, the distance between the lugs looks about the same, but the face and the band are much smaller on the 2s. ...

Watch is durable and does everything It advertises well. The best feature besides telling you the time is its sleep tracking. I don’t know exactly how accurate it is but it seems to be pretty good. Tracks your vital signs for long periods of time for you to measure your health. Can give you gps coordinates, the battery lasts a long time. I recommend this watch for any outdoors person.

Easy to set up and very comfortable. Lots of info and has many settings and watch faces. Almost unbelievable as to how long one charge lasts. My wifes apple watch onlt last 1/5 of the time on a charge.

I bought this a month or so ago and the battery life has been good. But I don’t get to wear it as much because it keeps leaving a red rash or burn looking mark on my wrist where it sits. I have no idea why as I clean it everyday and still it keeps happening
