Nice if work as advertised

I am not happy with the proformance . The radar only picks up about 20 percent of the shots

Great for range time!

I got this for Christmas and have used it at the range here in Texas 4 times. It’s is great! I pair it to my iPad and I can see all the data from each club and it really helps with information I need of improving. For the price, you don’t really need to get anything else. I haven’t set it up for indoors simulator yet but that is my next step. It has attracted a lot of attention at my club in Texas on the range with other members. If you are questioning about buying it just do it!

Not sure

I can’t get the r10 to put out the correct numbers yet, will try to move the unit to different distances and reset the altitude. This is all inside a 30 x30 metal building so I will also add some more covering to the net and surrounding areas.

Issues registering swing

I bought this for my son who is a freshman in high school. We have been trying to use it in our garage with our hitting mat and net. We have calibrated and recalibrated the device yet it continues to only pick up about 1/2 of the swings with his irons. When it does work the data points are great and extremely useful but it’s very inconsistent.

Yardage Issues

I really want to like the device, but we are having a lot yardage issues, very short and even some other reads are off :(

Easy to set up and the shot stats appear to be accurate. Very satisfied.

Excellent launch Monitor

I've used this outdoors on an aqua range it picks up floater golf range balls with great accuracy

Good, maybe not great

I have been using for about a year now. Fairly impressed with every aspect of it with the exception of the known interference issues. When i use it in my garage simulator i frequently get interference responses from the R10. Some days it lets me just play through and i am not affected but other days it can be a struggle, and I will have to re-hit multiple balls extra (5-10 per 18 holes) to get my shot recorded. Was hoping to get something accurate!!! This is not it very disappointing.

Absolutely Amazing

I bought this a month ago and have used it in my garage sim multiple hours every day. I’ve taken it to the range as well and for the price you absolutely cannot beat the features it comes stacked with.

Awesome Product and Value

This is an amazing product. I am a teaching pro and have spent a lot of time on many different simulators and launch monitors. I would put the R10 up there with the best of them. It is extremely easy to use and setup to computer/laptop software. On top of that, it is extremely accurate. Disappointed

Distances from the Garmin Approach R10 are iffy at best indoors. Support is frustrating and referred me to online articles that I informed them I had already tried. I've tried many of the users YouTube videos with varied results. I've had moments of better results just wish they would work to improve their support.

Likes the way it works but's it’s not accurate.

It’s easy to use but has been consistently short on all the reading. 30 to 50 yards short. I sent it back. Hope the new one works better.

Fun to play

I have had mine for a few weeks now. My daughter and I have enjoyed being able to play indoors.

Some good, some bad

Good price point but too many things seem to cause poor readings. I would call this more of a toy than a tool.

Solid numbers after adjustments

Pros: cost, easy setup, free apps, trusted company so support is good Cons: you need 18 feet of space from my experience. Garmin app does not always give accurate data. A lot of users including myself need to set elevation to 10,000 feet to get accurate carry numbers. Does not read putts. You really have to have some patience with it but it's everything you want!

R10 = game CHANGER for me!

Have had this since Thanksgiving week and I am LOVING it! I have been suing this in my driveway hitting into a net and I have to say it has made a difference in my game 100%. The range sessions give me instant feedback on every swing and the sim session have been helping me with my accuracy. My last REAL LIFE range session definitely reflected the distances and my accuracy has only gotten better. Can not WAIT to see how I play next Spring, thank you GARMIN. Very easy to use. Love all the information about my swing. Easy to sync with my iPhone. I have to Garmin golf watches and love them also. Together they are helping my golfing. I would definitely recommend them to friends and others.
