If you need water to wash your clothes

If you deal with heavily soiled clothes, this is NOT for you. Junk in my opinion. I have added a water line to my water outlet, so I can add water through tye detergent outlet. My washer before, you could take the top off and adjust to get more water. Not this thing. Waste of money.

GE front load washer

So far I'm loving this washer! The size of the tub is incredible, it holds soooo much. I can't believe how "dry" the clothes come out of it. Takes a lot less time on the clothesline or in the dryer to finish the job

Great clean

I love this washer but it is a little loud. I am not sure the fresh vent is worth the time. That cycle can run up to 8 hours

pick up went smoothly, we didn't realize that the machine was at another location, we were asked to come back in 20- 30 minutes. we popped over to chick filet and I received a text that my machine was ready for pick up, New associate Bill said was very kind and helpful getting the box tied up for transport. the gentleman from yesterday was very helpful and helped tremendously to get the best deal, he did need some backup for customers waiting.

First time using a front load

Machine is very quiet and uses less detergent and water than my old top loader. Only used it a few times, so i will review again in a couple of months.

Satisfactory Front-Loading Washer

This model does a good job overall at washing fabrics. It also has a nice look and a large capacity. I really like front-loading models because they seem to do a better job of washing clothes as well as larger items like comforters and sleeping bags. It is fairly quiet and has a sufficient number of wash cycle options. It also lacks features that I found unnecessary, like steam cleaning and a "towels" cycle. I do wish the "default" normal cycle was still cold (like the older comparable model) vs...

Cleans well w/a little inconvenience

Cleans well, easy to load and start. The vent thing makes a loud noise even once clothes have been removed after washing. You have to push buttons to get the noise to stop, but then it starts up again sometimes

Botched Delivery

Delivery team used inappropriate cart and did not strap the washer. As a result, they dropped the unit off their cart and it crashed to the concrete and banged against the dolly, significantly damaging the unit so I did not accept delivery. They are putting another one on a truck for delivery tomorrow. Apparently, deliveries come from a Lowe's fulfillment center in Hebron, KY...quite a distance from our residence in Morrow, OH, so they could not fulfill another delivery today.

Great front load machine!

The machine is easy to use, and I like that I don’t have to leave the door open to vent it since there is the Vent System. It’s weird that there’s no “whites” load option but I don’t know if that matters or not, I just run a regular load with hot water. I love that there is a sanitize load option, and that I have an option for extra water if needed. It’s also pretty quiet in comparison to other machines. Love this machine

I have had front loader washing machines for over 20 years. I would not go back to a wringer washing machine. I really like this GE. It has a big drum and does a great job of cleaning the clothes. Plus saves on water and detergent.
