Bad customer service.

This is about Lowe's service. Ordered to pick up at the store. I haven't picked up but the system sent email and notification showed the item has been picked up. I called the store customer service, talked to someone that seemed didn't want to help after I explained. She asked me to wait on the phone and hung up after several mins. I still haven't found where's my product at the moment and I already paid for it.

Awful Product Experience

I purchased these lights and within HOURS of hanging them outside, sections of EACH STRAND stopped working. Not the whole strand, just sections. I contacted GE Nicholas Holiday with my complaint, and they suggested I 'check each bulb' to ensure they are fully inserted, and if that does not work, I should 'Remove one bulb at a time to check if the bulb wires are aligned to the center of the base'. Are you kidding me?!? You want me to waste my time checking each bulb and then removing each bulb?! ...

Good quality

I was very glad to find these lights because they match my existing lights. I wish they came in 100-count.

They don't last at All

I bought two reels of these lights, half the lights went out after a week, so I bought another reel and half the lights on the other original reel went out.

Smart buy

These lights weee easy to put up. The roller they were packaged up was really convenient. The lights are bright and look great on the house.

Trash

Absolutely not impressed with this product. I typically don’t write reviews, but I bought 16 sets to complete my house Black Friday 2023, installed that Saturday. I had gotten an extra roll of coarse. Thankfully, the first set went out in 3 days. Replaced with extra, now as I write this I’m up to an additional 5 sets not working. Been on the roof to check them all and figure out why. Extremely disappointed in the product. Wouldn’t buy again. And I’m sure I can’t return them for a refund at this ...

Absolute garbage

Didn't last one month before both strands only light half the length. Same this happened to set bough last year. This company only licenses the GE bereaved to sell chines made trash. Why do you think Lowe's has discounted then to &8.75? I payed 70 bucks for two lights of this garbage. 3 year warranty is a joke. Read it . It down's cover bulbs!!! Really? This is pure robbery @

Horrible Quality

GE should be embarrassed making these. I purchased 12 rolls and 4 came broken. A week after installing the working strands, 3 strands either half stopped working or completely failed. Of course those ones happen to be on my roof peaks. No matter how cheap these get, do not buy them.

Extremely unreliable

Three out of the seven strands of GE StayBright lights that I purchased this year have failed within a month due to faulty LEDs. I was able to purchase spare LEDS and repair them, but the poor reliability is unacceptable for lights in this price range.

LISTEN TO THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!

These lights are absolute garbage. We bought 4 or 5 rolls to go along the roof line. Looked great for a few weeks. We put them up a few days before December 1st, it's not even Christmas yet and 3 of the strands are half out. All that time getting up on the roof and putting them up and they literally dont even work after 4 WEEKS!!! I'm so annoyed. NEVER BUYING ANY GE LIGHTS AGAIN.
