Does not hang down very far. Liked them to be more of a blue light. Also a few should blink.

They don't last...

For the price you'd think they would last. 4 days in, half of a string failed (by "failed" I mean went really dim). A couple days later, 3 more of the 7 I had bought followed suit. Now granted, the 2nd half of each string worked, but still. GE has failed here. I had a few strings from last year & liked the look & thought I'd roll the dice. disappointed with the quality

Brand new and never been used before, put these icicle light strings up. The color temperature is nice and warm, but not all the light strings are the same color-temperature shade of white so I had to put up/take down multiple strings so that the color temperatures matched on each side of the roof line peaks. Love the Lights!

Very easy to hang using gutter clips. Able to make continuous 50 foot run that helped to brighten the dark end of our street without danger of overloading outlet. Worked well with pine branch garland to swag on our living room window.

Nice lights for the most part.

Lights are a nice warm color and bright, but not too bright. Twinkle lights look really good and is a nice effect, not too flashy and not too slow. I bought 6 strings and have had issues with 1 of them. Twice now I’ve had to pull the string down and troubleshoot. Both times it was a bulb on the string where one of the wire leads was broken under the bulb. I would rate higher if this wasn’t an issue.

Sections out!

If you are looking at reviews and trying to decide whether to buy or not....DON'T. You spend a lot of time and money on these and 1 week later, you have a section of your house not lit. I went through every unlit bulb and tested and replaced. Also replaced the fuses in the connection. Nothing helped. They were actually on but very, very dim in that section. look great, but die quickly

After only a few weeks of installation, we are having to make our second trip to Lowe’s to return a strand.

Not the Quality I would expect from GE.

Last year, I thought now that LED mini lights have been around for a while and they are doing better at filtering to create a warm light look I would give a few strings a try. Same deal as traditional incandescent lights, When I plugged them in this year one of the three strings I purchased last year had a section of the string that would not illuminate. Planned obsolescence continues.

Do Not work In year 2

I bought these last year. When I went to hang them this year 3 of the 5 strings I purchased have part of the string burned out. I spent about two hours with a Christmas light tester to try to figure out how to fix them and this only added to my frustration. You are supposed to be able to replace the bulbs and they come with a few extras. The problem is the bulbs are very difficult to disconnect, and after you do the new bulbs do not fit back in to the connector. I bought these with the expect...

Nice! Don't look like LEDs in warm white

I love the look of incandescent lights but wanted LEDs. They look very nice in warm white! I love them!

Unpleasant color

These are labeled "warm white", but they are actually a harsh cool shade of white. They also flicker; not so bad when looking straight at them, but very annoying when the lights are in your peripheral vision. I bought 6 of these, and returned them all.

Highly Disappointed

My home is always decorated inside & out for Christmas. I decided to replace my old icicle lights for LED icicles because I thought that they would last longer. I bought 13 packages of the GE LED icicle lights on November 9, 2019, put them up the weekend before Thanksgiving and by the first week of December, I noticed that a few strands were going dark in several sections. By the time Christmas arrived, only about half of my lights were still lit. VERY disappointing!!!

Almost as nice

Everyone loves the warm glow of incadacent Christmas Lights except for the engineers who make lights.These are warm white, not soft white so they aren't as warm or charming as traditional lights. They are close but I have a string of incadecents mixed in with these and if I didn't have to find and replace bulbs I would go back to the classics, but these are nice enough.

Nice lights

They lit up well and look nice with all of our other decorations. I wish the icicles were a bit longer but they are very pretty.

I went back for more

These lights function well with minimal flicker that you get with LED bulbs on AC power. The white is a nice warm, and the strings splayed out nicely as well. I wish the strands went a bit longer, though. One star off for that, since the amount of lights is just fine, but if they added a half inch or an inch between each bulb on the strands I think it would look nicer. Oh well, can't win them all! Overall, recommended.
