Would Not RecommendVery disappointed with Lowe's in Show Low, AZ. Bought this window air conditioner in February of 2026. Decided to install it in March of 2026. Found this unit has been opened previously and all the mounting hardware spilled throughout the box. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of appliances from this store in the past. To bring home garbage like this from Lowe's is extremely disappointing to say the least. I will no longer purchase appliances from Lowe's again.

Would Not RecommendObvious damage to unit prior to shipping. Either it was damaged before or every unit would have damage to fins from shipping. Tge box was intact and showed no damage to structure, just scrapes that do not match damage. This is so frustrating! Whats also frustrating is there's no online way to report, so its dealing with long phone calls and lowes employees.
