I love that this product is the perfect fit for my window and to install it was simple . Thereis nothing i dont like about it so far. I highly recommended this product and would purchase again .

Worked fine for just under a year..

I bought this to replace a hisense AC unit that didn't last a year that was 10,000 BTUs that underperformed. I didn't have the performance issues folks mention. I just stayed on top of cleaning the filter per the notice and made sure to reset it and it worked fine. During the winter we'll just use the fan on it to blow air around and help us sleep, but last night it wouldn't turn on.

This air conditioner really hasn’t cooled my room like I thought it would. Even when it’s not hot outside, it really doesn’t bring the temperature and seems like it’s more to move air around.

Compressor stops working after less than a year

I bought this AC unit in March of 2025, and starting around September or October, the compressor started failing off and on, where it just wouldn't start randomly. Today I was fed up and threw it out, because now the compressor doesn't work at all, never buying a cheap AC again. This was also around $120 when I bought it, definitely not worth $174!

Size specifications are incorrect!

The size specifications states the unit is 15.98" however it is actually 16.5". Not sure how it works yet because it does not fit in the hole like my previous 5000 GE did, will have to modify the space to accommodate. 🤬

Good little air conditioner

Good AC keeps rooms cool, controls are easy to use. Has good coverage and seems to be efficient. Like most window ACs it has noise but not terrible. Only downside is you can only change the controls with the remote and no on the AC pad it’s self.

Great in a pinch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My AC unit went out during a Mississippi heat wave at the end of the year when AC units typically arent being sold. I found this one and was pleasantly surprised at its efficiency. It helped cool a medium/lg sized bedroom. To get more coverage I added a rotating fan and combined it worked well. The controls were easy to use and the noise wasn't bad. Install was a little tricky and it did t come with enough adhesive foam to insulate around unit....

I bought this unit early summer. It cools amazingly. However by the end of summer the buttons that control settings don't work on the right. BUT it does have a workable remote that WILL. Anyone who wants to check it out before buying is welcome. You must remove from my window and be able to carry it by yourself.

Garbage

It blows air, very rarely cool air. The warranty is sad and the return policy through Lowe’s is a joke. What a waste of time and money this was.

Disappointed in this AC

EPIC FAIL!

So the problem with all these smart devices, vehicle, appliances, etc, is they try to tell you what you need instead of what you actually want. This air conditioner basically sets the temperature by reading what the outside air is. So no matter how cold you put it, it will not cool to what you set it on because it reads that the temperature is cold outside. Looking for another one now. Bummer!
