Very disappointed
Machine is loud, much louder than our last front load GE machine that was 11 years old! We bought this machine for the ultra vent fresh vent, but after hours of running it machine still has water in it!

Easy to use and handles large loads
Would RecommendI love the features of this washer. It's easy to use, has many wash cycle options and the large bin is great when I have large loads of wash to do. Previous to purchasing this GE Washer, I owned a Whirlpool top load washer. Almost weekly I'd find myself pausing the wash load so I could reposition the wash due to the clothes migrating to one side. So far this has not happened with the GE Washer. Shaking washer
Would Not RecommendPurchased the front load washer with pedestal in September. From the beginning the washer shakes severely on high spin cycle. The service team has come out 3 times with no luck in fixing it. We received a second washer yesterday on a pedestal and now the same scenario. We are so disappointed because we love the fresh vent feature . Next step, is the pedestal will be removed . Really wanted the pedestal. We may be forced into getting a new machine, different brand
