Would RecommendWe’ve had this now a week and have completed 19 loads of laundry. So far, we love it. The app is great! Our last GE Profile lasted us 21 years. We visiting a lot of showrooms and looked at many models. After doing a lot of research and reading reviews of all the different brands, we decide GE is for us once again. We hope it’s as reliable as our past one.

Would RecommendThis GE Washer and Dryer is a life saver. I’d bought series of washing machines and dryers but the keep breaking down on me because over work. As a father with four young children and a wife, we do lots of piles of cloth washing and drying daily/weekly. These washer and dryer is like a prayer answered. It’s kids friendly and efficient. And we can do our washing in one or two loadings and done with laundry. Awesome and great product!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! SERIOUSLY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Would RecommendOrdered my washer originally on Feb. 18th. The washer was damaged and the delivery people left it in the garage and stated they handled the exchange on their end. They did not and it's a good thing I called. Was told a new washer would arrive on the next Friday. They did NOT bring me a new washer, just picked up the old one. By the time we received our washer on March 27th we had paid for delivery TWICE and paid for haul away but the delivery people refused to haul away our old washer!!!!

Would RecommendTop quality washing machine! My wife and I love the level of clean we're able to achieve with this washer. The smart dispense is feature is great. It's quiet, it doesn't smell because of the ultrafresh vent system, and I like how easy it is to clean out the drain pump filter basket compared to other machines I've owned. Many more pros. You just have to try one for yourself.
