I wish it had better capacity, it works no better than my old one, it is quieter though. My dishes aren't cleaned the way I hoped. It does notify me when it gets done.

If you use delay start, beware

My wife and I are very frustrated by this dishwasher's delay start feature. After starting a delay start, if the door is opened, you have to press the Start button again. Otherwise, the dishwasher will never start. This is a problem in a household where people are likely to forget to push Start after opening it, and we're sick of opening the dishwasher in the morning to find a load of dirty dishes. Good dishwasher

I like the dishwasher, it took some googling to figure out how to reduce the 3 hour cycles but figured it out. It is a bit noisy but not terrible. So far it has been great! Seems to hold quite a bit and I love the jets for cups.

The capacity is great. I like the third shelf. Bottle cleaner set up is nice. It is extremely quiet. The dishes come out very clean each time. The blue tooth feature is nice since it is so quiet the prompt from the phone when a cycle is finished is nice. It seems to use less water but cleans the dishes much better than the machine it replaced. The prior one was also a GE Profile and lasted 22 years for us. Hope this one is just as durable.

Beware of Sharp Edges!

I want to love this super quiet dishwasher, but I have found two flaws that I felt I should share. First, beware of a sharp metal edge inside the rack. When extended the metal is exposed and unfortunately, I cut my finger removing a glass. See the circled area in photo. Secondly, the bottom rack is a problem because the rubber seal on the right side is not aligned properly. I constantly have to push harder than normal to get the rack in place. Very Quiet, does a great cleaning job.

This dishwasher is very good. Good Points: A) Very quiet. B) Does a very good job at cleaning. C) Love the remaining time counter. D) Love the bottle jets on the top rack. Negative Points: 1) The flatware basket needs to be "hooked" onto the bottom rack to allow the extra jets to work correctly but then the bottom rack does not easily slide into the machine. Liked the previous model without 3rd drawer more

The third drawer is way less useful than expected. We ended up removing it as it limits what you can place in the middle drawer, and when you lower the middle drawer then it really limits dinner dishes on the bottom. We ended up removing the third drawer. Then in order for dishes to dry completely you have to run it for 300+ minutes.

Works, but not as well as past models

This is the 3rd GE Profile dishwasher I've owned in the last 17 years. The first one was great, but I moved shortly after upgrading our kitchen appliances. I like it so much that I purchased a new one for the new house. It lasted nearly 12 years and ran perfectly up until it finally broke. This latest one is nowhere near as good as the others. Half the time the dishwasher pods don't completely come out the soap container. We use the same pods that came with the dishwasher, so it's not a pod issu...
