Great Washer

The capacity on this washer is quite large. You can fit a lot of dishes in each load. There is virtually no noise when it runs. I paid for the removal of the old dishwasher and installation of the new one. The team that came was very professional. They had it switched out in no time.

Super dishwasher!

The dishwasher is everything I was hoping for. It is quiet, and powerful enough to clean anything I've put in it so far. I hope to have this for years to come.

DO NOT ORDER INSTALLATION FROM LOWES

They will not stand behind any install dates promised. They do not care about you or your order. No matter what they tell you in the store, THEY WILL JUST PICK A INSTALL DATE OUT OF THIN AIR! In my case it was a week later than promised and the store, central processing and their crappy third party installer DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR HOW THIS NEGATIVELY IMPACTS YOU. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Cool features we never had before

This thing is extremely quiet and you hardly know it on. Cleanliness is amazing and we have at least 5 people in our house and use a variety of dishes, glassware and cutlery. I've never had the third row cleaner before, but it works great for the serving utensils. I like that the racks are height adjustable. The bottle cleaner is a great add on because my youngest sometimes leaves glasses in his room and they are gross by the time we find them. The bottle cleaner has cleaned the each time. ...

Lowe’s installed two defective units before finally giving me a unit that was functional. The whole process took over 6 weeks and required me coordinating between Lowe’s customer service, installation, and the store. Lowe’s does not hold this in inventory at most stores (read about Lowe’s new distribution model online, which seems to have been a big failure from a customer satisfaction standpoint). Not worth price of washer

The third time using this dishwasher, a piece of plastic connected to the latch at the top of the door broke off. For the price of this dishwasher, pieces should not be breaking off after three uses.

Great Dishwasher

Dishwasher has a large capacity that is set up well for our household. Cycles are a little long but it dries the dishes well. It is really quiet, energy efficient, and easy to install.

Lower drawer hits the frame - serious flaw

Seemed fine except for a major major issue. The (unnecessarily large) handle of the silverware basket hits the frame 9 out of ten times you close the bottom drawer. Super simple but critical design flaw. I think the fancy silverware jets in this model cause the basket to sit up high because I saw the same phenomenon on a similar GE at my local Lowe’s.
