Best dishwasher I’ve ever owned

Faulty door

The door to the dishwasher broke less than 6 months from installation. (Note: bought new GE profile refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Stove does not heat correctly; refrigerator has a short and the dishwasher door broke). I do not recommend buying GE Profile appliances. Reliability can't be trusted.

Great Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most quiet dishwashers I've ever used. It gets the dishes remarkably clean and is very energy efficient. Only complaint is the length of time it takes to complete its cycles. Other than that, it fits nearly anything I need and was straightforward to install.

stopped working after only using 3X

It was defective. Installation crew did an excellent job, but the dishwasher would not pump water.

Do not get this piece of junk

This is the most unreliable product I have ever encountered. I purchased in February of 2023, so now the unit is 18 months old. Pretty soon after installation, it stop making a sound on button push. But was still working, so we moved on Then, at about 12 months, the door to dispense detergent stopped opening. We had purchased the extended warranty, so they sent us someone from a company called Bodewell to fix it. However, they were unable to send replacement parts that weren’t already broke...

Great for small family gatherings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good: Quiet, WiFi connection, multiple cycles available, and energy efficient. Not So Good: Rack configuration limits the capacity. Plates have tendency to fall forward. Middle rack has limited height.

Upgraded capacity, energy efficient , micro a technology, but most importantly so quiet it is barely audible. Deducted a star because air dry, a dependable option in past appliance, leaves too much water. Otherwise sleek design and a pleasure to use.

Happy but wish the silverware rack was on the door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few months of use we are very happy with the dishwasher. The change from the silverware drawer on the door to a basket is somewhat disappointing as it limits the bottom rack capacity. Otherwise it does a nice job.

leaks after several warranty repairs

Purchased this dishwasher less than 5 months ago. Has continued to leak after Bodewell (GE) made multiple repairs including replacing the door, seals, insulation and adding sealant to seams. By the time warranty tech comes out again our DW will have been out of service for more than 2 Months. Lowes will not refund (according to Lowes Management) and Bodewell (GE) will only replace (according to Consumer relations). BUYER BEWARE!
