Door Insulation Does Not Stand up to Normal Use

Have owned this dishwasher just over a year and three weeks. The noise insulation is falling out from the front of the washer in big black chunks. If I would have known about this major defect, would have purchased another brand. Wouldn't you know it would fall out of warranty JIT. Manufacture Defect.

Leaks like a seive and no support

I bought this dishwasher 10 days ago and on the second wash it started leaking from the bottom right side of the door. Scheduled a service call with Bodwell (GE Support). Tech came out, adjusted the legs and said it was good to go. On his way out he started it and said let it run for a full cycle. 25 min in to the cycle it started pouring water from the same spot. Don’t waste your money

We had this dishwasher for a little under 3 years. During that time we had to replace the heating element, the spray arm, and sealant as it started leaking. Then it just stopped working entirely. I will never buy anything GE again, their quality couldn’t be any worse

Insulation failure and disappointing warranty exp

I purchased this GE Profile UltraFresh dishwasher in November 2024. In terms of cleaning performance and noise level, it has worked well. However, during the first year of ownership, a factory-installed sound-dampening insulation component began deteriorating and later delaminated and fell off from underneath the unit. I want a different dishwasher …

I hate my dishwasher and wish I could have a redo. My dishes rarely come out clear even when I only fill it half way. I have tried everything GE has said would fix my problem but find I need to wash many things by hand after the cycle is over. It has become a huge waste of water and my time since I do a better job than the machine.

Great Dishwasher, but you have to use the App

Great Dishwasher, but you have to use the App to do a Rinse Cycle. Rinse Cycle is not an option on the dishwasher directly.

Does not arrive fully assembled

This unit does not arrive fully assembled. There are two pieces of sound insulation not installed. The installation manual included is for a different dish washer and does not include how to install the sound insulation.

Quiet, but clunky racks/rollers

Not the best dishwasher. While it is quiet, the racks/rollers are clunky and not easy to open close. It will do for now.

BEST OPTION FOR QUIET

It is SO quiet you can’t even tell it is running! We really like the third rack even though we weren’t sure we would. Our only complaint is that the silverware caddy gets caught on the seal of the dishwasher so you can’t push the drawer back in unless you push the caddy forward… a little inconvenient but it’s definitely positioned in the right place over the silverware jets.
